4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, and trademarks on Resumify (excluding user-submitted content) are the intellectual property of Resumify or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

5. User Content & AI Output

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create using our Services. By submitting content, you grant Resumify a license to process and analyze it solely to deliver and improve the Services.

Please note:

• AI-generated outputs are based on the information you provide and are intended for guidance only,
• You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any suggestions before use.

6. Premium Features & Payments

Some features are available through premium plans (Resumify+). Premium access is offered as one-time purchases for specific durations:

• Premium plans are purchased as one-time payments for 1 week, 1 month, or 3 months,
• No recurring billing or automatic renewals are applied,
• Premium features are available for the duration of your purchased plan only.

Free users may see limited functionality (e.g., watermark on downloads). Premium features will be clearly marked and require a one-time purchase to access.

7. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms or applicable laws,
• Your activity poses a risk to Resumify or other users.

You may delete your account at any time via your account settings.

8. Changes to Services

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time, with or without notice. Significant changes to these Terms will be communicated appropriately.

Resumify provides services “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee job placement, offer legal career advice, or ensure accuracy of AI-generated content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resumify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
